Cultural Due Diligence
A recent article in the Jamaica Observer, "Cultural due diligence: the neglected frontier of globalisation" by Gary Peart, the CEO of Mayberry Investments, highlighted the need for cultural due diligence in local mergers and acquisitions.
It is the first part of a multi-part series that seems to be going in an interesting direction.

Hi francis, Great article looking forward to seeing more. It highlights a very simple thing that most people dont consider when completing a merger will the cultures mix well. They often forget the key thing behind companies are its people, their knowledge and essentially the culture that they have created that gives them the ability to acheive great things.
